Though she didn't start out in the dental industry, Sharla has been a customer service professional for more than 20 years. She holds a Master's degree in Education Administration from the University of North Texas and an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Texas A&M. She worked as an academic advisor for 5 years, assisting college athletes with academic progress toward NCAA requirements and career planning.
