Radon is a Cancer-Causing Radioactive Gas. You can not see radon. And you can not smell it or taste it. But it may be a problem in your home. That is because when you breathe air containing radon, you increase your risk of getting lung cancer. There are over 21,000 deaths per year due to Radon exposure.

It is the client's responsibility to request the tests they want performed. There are other tests that could be performed, however ABC Home Inspection only offers testing noted below. A $50 fee applies to all water testing booked on its own. Comprehensive package plus: includes all above as well as magnesium, potassium and uranium.
Termite
Report
The most common termite, the Subterranean, builds its nest in the ground. These termites construct mud tubes which are used to explore for food and connect their underground nest to that food source. They can enter a building without direct wood contact with the soil through such tubes. Termites can enter buildings through cracks, expansion joints, hollow bricks or concrete blocks around plumbing.
