We are Premier Provider for MODA/Delta Dental and a Preferred Provider (PPO) for MetLife insurance companies. We also accept most other insurance companies, and as a courtesy we will gladly bill your insurance company for your services. In order to keep our fees as low as possible, we ask that payment be made at the time of service.
