Overall I give Mega Steam Clean a generous 1 star review. The 1 star is because they showed up when they said they would and charged the quoted price. Now for the negative, they didnt remove the pet stains in the house (even with the added pet Oder/stain treatment). They also said they could not remove the non-pet stains from one of my bedrooms but with a $4 dollar bottle of carpet treatment we were able to remove the stains. I regret hiring this company, Ive cleaned my carpets before with a Rug Doctor rental from Walmart and they have looked much better. Maybe it is because it was a
