Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $2000. Our community requires renter's insurance to protect each resident's property. Please provide a confirmation of coverage by bringing the leasing office a declaration page from your insurance company.
