Screening Guidelines

Report

When applying, please be certain to fill in all of the fields on the application completely and legibly. Make sure that you include your most recent paystubs or other financial verification materials as proof of income, your identification materials, and pay the $50.00 screening fee. Providing these initially will help to expedite the process.

Management Services

Bridge City Properties, LLC provides a market analysis based on similar rental properties currently renting near your property. We then prep the property once we take management, take photos for marketing as well as pre-move in condition videos. All marketing is done online however in some cases we like to put a sign out front.

The online Owner Portal streamlines communication, protects your investment, and helps you maximize the value of your properties. Make and receive payments from the mobile-friendly Online Portal.
