SUPPORT ANIMALS: If the animal is an emotional support animal, pet deposits are not necessary and breed restrictions do not apply. A signed letter that meets the company standards for a reasonable accommodation regarding emotional support animals from a qualified professional along with proof of current rabies shots and licenses (if legally applicable) is required.

We are open and offering a variety of ways to tour. Choose between the options below, or contact us if you prefer to tour virtually without visiting the property. See our community in-person! Your smartphone will be used to grant you access to the home you're interested in and will act as your tour guide.

Income Restrictions

This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income.

UPDATE: Contacted the main office and they were able to work with my grandma to get her down from the top floor. Very kind and worked with us to quickly remedy the situation. Thank you very much Woodrose Apartments.
Grandma lives here on the top floor it is so hot up there its unbearable! They said it will cost her to move to lower levels crazy!

The apartments are nice, clean and generally well maintained. The staff are pleasant and professional. I feel safe. Enjoy the central location to local community and excellent bus access.

Not happy with losing Internet & TV. The cost will be so much higher for the same service. And do we get anything in return for removing this service? And the mention of the 'Senior' option, that's only for people on MEDICAID.

I'm very concerned about how the office is not enforcing the mask wearing in the foyer. We have the same individuals sitting in the foyer, reading the paper, with no mask or a mask down below their mouth.

Senior living with rent controlled private individual units and plenty of parking. Secured entry that is easy to use. Most people there are friendly and the place is well kept.

New (owners?) made my grandma's last days very stressful and miserable; not what she needed with a heart condition for sure. She loved her friends in the building, some of the sweetest neighbors. She wasn't allowed to enjoy the small things in life after being there for years. "No flower beds, no figurines, just beauty bark" = remove everything you find joy in. Not the right thing to do to anyone, besides those who only have fewer moments to live them.
