Chinese martial arts have been used for thousands of years to help people learn to perform superhuman feats. From two-finger pushups to transcendental meditation, Chinese monks were able to do what most consider impossible. But traditional martial arts have a habit of attracting snake-oil salesmen and sycophants, and the state of most TMAs today is sad, filled with politics, money, and ego.
The White Lotus Academy was born out of a love of helping people push their bodies to new heights in the traditional ways, with the vision of doing so in an inclusive, encouraging environment that grows with the times. Our curriculum combines elements of Northern Shaolin, Hung Gar, and some Wing Chun dummy work and introduces yoga, acrobatics, and modern MMA fighting techniques for a well-rounded traditional practitioner.

Old training has purpose in modern settings, but like everything, it should evolve. We combine the rigors of perfection from before with the modern science and safety of now.

The first day you step on the floor, you make the decision never to be mediocre again. Whether you wish to compete at that national level or just with yourself, you will find that you are becoming your best self. Whether you have years of wushu or kung fu experience, or none at all, we will take you through the basics and taolu to competition ready.
