Lovely people here! They got us a room very quickly, and they were very sweet to my dog, even though he barked at them lol! He is very wary of new people, but they were all very calm and reassuring, so was asking them for pets in no time! They answered all my questions, and everything was done fast but not rushed, so it was definitely a very good experience! Thanks for being patient with Romeo, and for curing his sniffles :)

Typically its pretty good. Recently though, theyre under staffed and wait times are through the roof. If you bought the gold paw plan and try to come in on a Saturday, there is no guarantee anyone will actually be there to open the doors for you. You cant even make an appointment to get your pet seen for the first time, which I think is ridiculous. First pet appointments should be a thing since Ive been trying to get them in for weeks now and cant stick around for 3 hours to be seen.

Love this place so much! The wait times can be long but that is to be expected at a walk-in clinic! Considering the wait times of most places right now, its actually the fastest around! And wow the staff is amazing. As someone who has worked retail most of my life, i know how stressful busy times can be, but they handle it so well and treat everyone with so much respect. Ive also never met more caring vets! And to top it off they have amazing prices. 1000/1000. Will come again.

I love that they text to update me on procedure. That with the fact that our "doc" is the best. Compassionate, honest, and loves our dog.
