I had the pleasure working with Brett Lyon and Duncan Backus in helping my parents with the sale of a 5-unit property in Hawthorne. All of our questions were answered and carefully explained so we knew exactly was happening throughout the process. They assisted us throughout from planning, marketing, and closing. During the inspections, their team was on hand to make sure everything went smoothly since it was difficult for us to be on site. The sale process occurred over several months but they kept in contact with us via phone call and email every week to keep us updated on marketing strategy
