The entire OTT landscaping team is outstanding. Bob has done a wonderful job of pulling together a top team. All are professional and pay attention to every detail including our weekly cuts from Sal, to the fertilizer treatments from Bill and the landscaping team with their fall cleanup. In addition their customer service is top notch. Rosemarie returns calls and emails promptly and if you have any questions or concerns she is on top of it. Ott landscaping is a reliable, professional stand out company!

The worst company and the owner is absolutely unprofessional. I spent almost $5,000 and the grass was dying since day 1. They made every excuse in the book. Disgraceful.

I have been trying to get an estimate for a month. Each time I get an apology for the delay and assurance that the person will be out in a day or two. I have been trying for a month. I was interested in organic lawn care and I felt as if conventional was being encouraged when I called

Had scheduled an appointment for them to come out and look at some work I was looking at getting done once the weather broke this spring. Figured I would get this going earlier so I could get on someones schedule before the mad rush. Bob came out looked at what I wanted added some ideas and suggested I come look at some work they are and have done in TR. I paraded around town looking at his jobs, thought this was great. He said he would comeback grab some measurements and give me an estimate. It has been 6 plus weeks and absolutely nothing. Lost cause company.
