With certified technicians and lifetime warranties, we combine quality craftsmanship with personalized service to protect your home against Ohio's weather conditions while improving curb appeal.
Commercial Roofing
We provide comprehensive commercial roofing solutions for businesses, including condos, assisted living facilities, and medical offices. Our services cover metal roofing, EPDM, TPO, and low-slope granulated roofing systems designed for durability and compliance with commercial standards. Metal Roof Installation
We offer standing seam and classic rib metal roofing systems engineered for strength and longevity. These solutions provide superior protection against extreme weather while offering energy efficiency and modern aesthetics. Our installations include custom color options to match your property's style, with seamless integration for both residential and commercial applications. Metal roofs from North Coast Roofing come with industry-leading warranties and require minimal maintenance over their 40-70 year lifespan.
Roof Coatings
Our 100% silicone roof coatings create seamless, waterproof membranes that extend the life of existing roofs. Ideal for flat or low-slope commercial roofs, this solution prevents leaks and withstands permanent ponding water without requiring full replacement. The GacoFlex S20 Series coating system carries a 50-year material warranty and meets NSF P151 standards for rainwater catchment systems, offering a cost-effective alternative to traditional tear-offs.
Skylight Replacement
We install VELUX skylights that enhance natural lighting and ventilation in residential spaces. Options include solar-powered models with rain sensors, center-pivot designs for high-humidity areas, and roof-access solutions for attic maintenance. Our installations feature energy-efficient glazing and integrated shading systems to control light and temperature while maintaining roof integrity and aesthetics.

I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your roofing needs. I talked to this company at least 6 times and cant even get a quote on having our roof repaired. The girl in the office seems very nice but her husband who apparently does all the estimating is completely unreliable. As a business owner myself I understand were in some strange times right now but being told at least 3 times that hell put our quote together and as of today I STILL havent received anything is ridiculous. The original contact was at least 3 months ago. Thats some terrible customer service.

We had new roof and gutters done 4/20. Very professional and excellent workmanship! They replaced all the rotted wood under the old roof. Great prices! John gave us an estimate and answered all our questions. He even came out to tarp the roof before they were able to start!
