Employment Opportunity! - We are looking for a responsible veterinary assistant to assist with all related pet care duties, including exams, surgical assistance, boarding, grooming, etc. At Indian Hills Animal Hospital, we offer complete physical exams, including an EKG and videoscopic ear scan. We offer the latest in diagnostic laboratory equipment and ultrasonography as well as surgery, boarding, and grooming.
Our office is open evenings, with extended hours on Saturday for your convenience. Dr. Jim Watlington has been serving the Bedford/Rutherford County area since 1986. Shortly after graduation, he worked two years in Alabama, then worked two years at Shelbyville Veterinary Clinic before purchasing it. In November of 2003, he sold the Shelbyville practice and purchased Indian Hills Animal Hospital.

Surgical Services: Our state-of-the-art surgical suite provides for the performance of a wide variety of routine surgical procedures. We can also provide you with a referral to a nearby surgical specialist for complicated surgical procedures. For all of our surgical patients, we offer many pre-anesthetic tests prior to surgery.
