I've done the fitness kickboxing classes and tried out the combat kickboxing and BJJ classes as well.

As other reviews mention, it is an incredibly supportive and non-judgmental environment. I always feel welcome walking in, more so than any other gym setting I've ever been in. Prices are reasonable and the people are awesome! I've been taking kickboxing classes here for the past 6 months and have absolutely loved it!
