When the Polar Vortex hit College Station my elderly mom and dad's home was flooded and one ceiling crashed down in the breakfast area. We worked with Hayley and she found us a perfect one level 2 bedroom so my parents could step away from the house for the night. Hayley, like so many people during that terrible time had been dealing with the after effects as well. She would return my texts as our plans fluxed by the day. It became a little haven for my husband and I where I was able to binge on Netflix. Long exhausting days. But a cute little place to return to! Thank you so much Hayley!

If there were minus starts they would Be undeserving of -1000 stars! Haley Young who I paid a month in advance for a wonderful rentals left me and my children hanging while trying to visit my daughter at A&M. I had to make a decision to continue to drive to college station because I had already purchased the auburn tickets, or turn around since Haley cannot call me back. When she finally landed from her vacation there is some mistake with her phone and her daughters phone and she cannot give me a clear answer on how she miss booked the reservation and put two families in the room at once. Instead
