Be very weary of this husband and wife duo. Very shady operating practices. Went to rent a house from Mike and Erica Carr who were very nice up front, but when questioned, they turn into real JERKS! Tried to rent a house from them, gave my $50 fee per adult (there was 2 Adults) for them to run my credit. They also wants the $1750 deposit on the house, even before they ran the credit.. so I guess you know that's a scam... I asked if I could pay when I get paid and they said no, they adimently wanted them money upfront, when I said I didn't have it, as I am selling my current house and
