We’ve been renting through RPM for almost four years; working directly with Leland Johnson. We’ve had issues at the property but any time we do Leland and RPM are quick to address our concerns, and send whoever they have to out. When the pandemic started they understood we would maybe fall behind on payments and worked with us every step of the way. Leland is very attentive and has been great to work with since the day we signed the lease!

I have to say that my experience with Loammi Alicea was beyond amazing. She was so on point with the whole moving process. I moved from NYC to orlando and she made sure to make my moving process fast and easy. She is very sweet professional and very fast. Leland was my property manager I got mold in my home because of the way the vents were placed in the house and they blamed the carpets on me when the mold is what effected the carpets.. Leland never responded back he never seemed like he cared at all, I breathed mold in for 2 months before I was even aware of what the issue was..I lost cloths and shoes because mold eats into your things, it was awful. honestly if they were fair and quality effective company I wouldn’t mind having to pay for it but because I don’t want it to effect my credit and I’m a decent person I will without a fuss or

We rented a home from RPM South Orlando for 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about them.
