We are especially proud of the compliments we receive about our facility on a daily basis. The gym has a huge open mat space for open mat hours and scheduled classes. It is a comfortable place to change and shower after training. We have 2 bathrooms with showers, men's and women's locker rooms and a large guest area for visitors and children.

If you are new to Jiu-Jitsu and have no prior grappling experience, we provide a complimentary intro private lesson to help you comprehend the basic theory of Jiu-Jitsu, key movements, positions and understand how group classes are operated. New students often request additional private lessons prior to entering group classes that will help them transition easier into the group Fundamental classes.
