Jay F. McCown is a highly experienced attorney who has been practicing law for over 45 years. He is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and the State of Oklahoma.
