We had the "whole house" cleaned up today at our home in Bradenton. The lady that came was named Suleima and she was amazing. She was very friendly and professional of course, but the cleaning she provided was AMAZING. She was blur going room to room cleaning things to a level we don't know how she achieved. Clearly we are "underachievers" when it comes to our own cleaning skills. LOL
It is rare I give reviews online but this maid service was of extremely high quality and well worth the price. While Suleima is no longer there, we were even more pleasantly surprised by her replacement, Vanessa

Absolutely disgusted! I called this company to set up a cleaning for my family and told them I have a brother with special needs as a courtesy, and asked if that was okay, and they SAID NO WE WILL PASS when they called back. Yeah, go with this company if that's the service you want! I tried to set up this service based on reviews , but wow. If you have a disabled family member do not use this company.

Unprofessional and uneasy.
After a second phone call to schedule my appointment which I wanted on a specific day, I was left uncomfortable with the way appointment scheduling was handled and the general demeanor of the person I spoke to. He couldn't confirm how many maids would arrive and if they would be able to accommodate coming toward the top of the hour time slot he gave me. Then after a few minutes, he called back to say the maid requires the day off.
Extremely unprofessional way of handling a business where we are inviting strangers into our private residence.

You can believe the reviews, this company is well run. Use them every 2 weeks, they show up on time, they communicate as well as any company I've used regardless of the industry, and the house looks great. The responsiveness to questions is amazing. I'm sure its the same with any issues but I wouldn't know, we don't ever have any issues. Well done Star Maid Service.

A great company! Very easy to work with - easy to schedule and easy to reschedule appointments. Vanessa did a very nice job cleaning the entire house after we moved in. She came on time and brought all the cleaning supplies. I didn't have to worry about anything. I will recommend them. I have already used their services twice and will use the company again.

We just purchased a house and wanted a professional to clean the house thoroughly.
Out of 3 different companies I called, this was the only company that always answered their phone/returned my call.
The maid we had was Vanessa, she worked very diligently and thoroughly cleaned every corner of the bathrooms and fridge.
The owner didn't charge us for cleaning the fridge because we were a new client; this we did not expect and it was very nice of them.
We were more than pleased with Vanessa's work ethic and the result of the house. We will definitely use her again!
