What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
DPC is a membership-based healthcare model providing unlimited primary care visits for a flat monthly fee, eliminating insurance billing to enable personalized, unhurried appointments.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly. Patients pay a monthly membership and receive comprehensive care. Insurance can still be used for labs, imaging, and specialist referrals.
What services are included?
All primary care services: annual exams, chronic disease management, wellness visits, urgent care, and care coordination with specialists and in-house health coaches.
Are lab tests included?
Basic lab work is performed in-house. Outside labs are billed separately at cost, typically 50-80% below hospital charges.
Do you treat children?
Yes, we provide pediatric care from newborns through adolescence, including well-child visits, immunizations, and developmental assessments in a family-focused environment.
What are office hours?
