I had them out September 1st because there was water coming from my furnace. The tech spoke down to me and was rude, but he said the culprit was two parts that needed replaced. $355, parts replaced, done. Next morning there is more water so i call again. They send a different tech out, who was very nice and the only reason i am giving two stars instead of one. He explained to me that the issue was a bad drip pan and coil, and took the time to show me the issue. He said i would need a whole new furnace and a/c unit. I was upset i had spent so much the day before for nothing. He took my number and

So helpful! They didn't have the part i needed in stock but they took the time to look for the part(even though i gave them the wrong part number but finally found the right part number). Anyway i was on the phone for awhile with them but they were very pleasant and helpful

I had an appointment with this company and they called to say they were on their way. I couldn't answer my phone but was able to call back in 8 minutes. Too late! My appointment was given to someone else. Brittany stated "how was I supposed to know you would call back". I can't waste my guys time and gas. Well I guess they are doing a good enough business that my business isn't needed.

Just had a 55-year-old furnace removed from our home using bluflame Heating and air-conditioning. I was extremely impressed with the professional attitude and work that was done with removing the old furnace and putting in our new furnace. They did everything they said they would do and then some they we're here at 8 o'clock in the morning and we're done by 4 no shortage of manpower to get the work done in one day. Thank you to everyone who was a part of this job
