BE AWARE!!! My Guys was sent out to our house via our home warranty company. They spent 15-20 minutes at our house and without opening up anything, they said we needed to replace our 3 year old evaporator coil at a cost of $1,600 to us. We hired another company to come out, they spent 4.5 hours, ran multiple test and could find nothing wrong but a dirty coil - which they cleaned. I did not need a new coil as My Guys Hating & AC suggested.

Not only did our tech come out the same day I called them, he was able to fix our issue the same day. He was nice and the customer service rep(s) were also so nice. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to others.

We had a solid and positive experience with My Guys Heating & Air Conditioning to repair our AC unit. The technician/owner (Charlie) was amazing, and the install/repair crew (Mario and son) were INCREDIBLE! They stayed until the job was complete, and until they knew the unit was running properly. The office personnel (Sarah) was incredibly professional and helpful! About 1 week after the repair, some sort of brown-out and/or power surge occurred in our home which apparently caused a fuse(?) to blow in the control board.
