Sandy was born in China and moved to the United States at age 9. After working in a dental office during high school, she realized her interest in dentistry. Sandy began her dental career over 20 years ago as a registered dental assistant. Her current role now is the office manager. She enjoys helping and interacting with patients.
Sandy has been a central part of the team of Dr. Burg and Dr. Koida's practice since 2004. It's important to her that each of you experience that same feeling of ease and confidence in our office. She loves to find ways to help people smile and that includes building confidence to share their smile!

Dr. Lindsey Koida received her DDS degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry in 2006 and completed her residency in General Dentistry at UOP, bringing her back to the Bay Area. She completed her undergraduate schooling at UC San Diego, graduating with both a BS in Biology and a BA in Psychology. Dr. Koida has been practicing dentistry since 2006, and has been working in Rockridge alongside Dr. Burg since 2007.
