Dental Sedation is another term for "Conscious Sedation" which is some patients refer to as "being asleep" sedation. This is a type or form of sedation in which our patients are "conscious" and able to communicate to us throughout their dental procedures even though many people assume they will be "knocked out" or "asleep" throughout the procedure.

Dr. Salatino will come to your office with all required emergency and sedation equipment as required by the California Dental Board to provide IV conscious sedation to a patient(s) that you feel may need sedation assistance to provide the necessary dental care. Please contact Dr. Salatino as soon as possible to decide a day and time for the procedure and sedation.

I've had a gag reflux issue for years until Dr. Salatino and her team of small, gentle handed gals have rid me of any fear of the dentist. She is amazing with me and my kids. I am so happy to be participating in the sedation dentistry class. This is such a wonderful opportunity especially when you consider I am receiving $2605.00 in services for free.
