Made an appointment online and never received a call back to confirm appointment. I called and they did not have me on the books and told me that I could not come in for 2 weeks and I have 2 animals that need to be seen. Told me to go somewhere else if I did not want to wait 2 weeks - very rude.

I switched to North Branch from my other year long Vet down the street because my dog had an emergency and I got rejected because I did not have an appointment. So I was kind of desperate to get my dog taken care of. When I visited North Branch, the main goal for everyone was to take care of my dog. No appointment, no discussion, nothing. I can only recommend North Branch Animal Hospital!

Had my older cat and kitten taken care of with vaccinations and other routine care and had my kitten spayed. Wonderful vet! He is very kind and compassionate and prices are definitely reasonable. Had a great experiences with him and his other staff. I have been there quite frequently. I will be coming back for any future care. I also recommend him to anyone with animals. Thank you Dr. Buzdug!
