In 2001 Billy was appointed to a six year term to the Texas Real Estate Inspectors Committee where he served as Chairman of Education Sub Committee and Ethics Sub Committee.He enjoys Caribbean Travel, Bill fishing and Scuba diving. Terry Fox has extensive hands-on experience as an inspector in Central Texas.
