My 70-year-old house had a smell in the air. Many years of a tenant using perfume and other cooking odors had accumulated in the AC ducts and rather than replace the 31-year-old unit that is still working well, the service man (Tyler) suggested an electronic filter. He gave me two choices that were spelled out in simple but clear terms for efficiency and cost. I was familiar with the product, knew it worked and had it installed immediately. Feedback from my tenant is that the air quality is improving day by day. They could have sold me on cleaning the ductwork but they did not. I appreciated

Charged me $100 for the service call and then another separate labor charge to clean out a drain line. I guess it goes back to that old joke of a Lawyer protesting a big bill saying even they don't make this much and the plumber saying "I know, I never made this much when I was an attorney".
