I used Precision Home Inspections a few months ago for a condo purchase. At the time of the inspection I thought Eric wasnt as through as he couldve been. Fast forward a few months. Something an inspector shouldve caught, a rotted out and leaking patio door that had been painted over, he didnt. For $300 for a 618 SQFT condo inspection, nothing shouldve been missed. He didnt seem to care about the inspection and had to have things pointed out by myself to inspect. Isnt that why I hired him. Very dissatisfied with the inspection and definitely paying for it later. When I respond
