I was told I would be moved in on the 2nd of September. Once I paid my application fee I was told they would have it for me by the 17th. After I kept following up on the apt I asked for a viewing and couldn’t view it until a few days before I move in. Also they sent me to an downgraded apartment other than the one they sold me on.

Currently living next door to one of their tenants; fitting in line with the other reviews, this tenant is sketchy. No regard from RRG about the tenant’s disturbances (loud, wall and window shaking music from her house and driveway day and night, yelling and screaming, and most recently, purposefully driving into and knocking over our garbage cans on the street for pickup), despite complaints made to them (and a visit to the tenant from PCSO).

Rosenbaum is a very sketchy property management company. We have been with them for a year now and they charge you a maintenance fee and they won’t come out and fix anything. They have now schedule 2 inspections in our last month with them and my shower still hasn’t been fixed. I can’t even take my kid outside to play because they put stairs in and left all the old wood with nails out. Also electrical boxes with no covers and wires hanging out. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT TENANTS ONLY YOUR MONEY.

This place is terrible. They are trying to steal my security deposit because we refused to renew for 2021 when they wanted to hike up the rent by over $200. After my move out, their "repair people" charged for a bunch of work, and 99% of it was a problem when I moved in.
DO NOT RENT FROM ROSENBAUM!!!!
We were in the unit for two years, and we were their longest tenants which should tell you something. One of the units next door went through 3 different renters, and one couple even left after like 2 months.

THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY MAKING MONEY FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE TRYING TO SECURE A HOME IN CHANDLER/GILBERT AREA PRIOR TO MOVING THERE.
WE APPLIED FOR A HOUSE ONLINE AND PAID THE $150 APPLICATION FEE.
ONCE WE SENT OVER THE APP AND MONEY 10 MINUTES LATER WE RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT THE PROPERTY WAS ALREADY RENTED AND OUR MONEY WAS NOT REFUNDABLE!

They don't give people the roses, they give people the bomb. They collect a fee for finding a house, then pull a bait and switch and keep your money. If they were serious they'd find people houses for their application fee or refund their money. WeServ and the Arizona Attorney General's office will be hearing about these shysters

This place is a fraud!!! Do not rent a home from them! My husband paid for the application fee and hadn’t even finished the process when they suddenly said the home wasn’t available. They had just posted the home! If it wasn’t available then why take our money? And why not return it if it was a glitch in their system?! We tried speaking to them and the man we spoke to was no help and was EXTREMELY rude. Definitely reporting them to the real estate bureau as this home was listed in the MLS and still got scammed! DO NOT get scammed like we have.

This company tried to charge me 1000 dollars at the end of my lease, I threatened to take them to court and they backed off just to charge me again for it 6 and a half years later. This company is awful and is ruining alot of lives don't ever use them!

WORST property realty I have EVER dealt with!!! I told them I would not renew my lease ever before I moved in.
Due to Covid I was not able to review any paperwork in person only via my phone....
My deposit was 1400.00 witch was fine... BUT the deal was that if I changed my mind prior to moving in I would loose deposit okay....
At this point I had hired moving help, secured a Uhaul, put deposit for electric so needles to say was way too invested to loose that much money!!!
1. First time looking into apartment was day before I moved in... No big deal IF the pictures featured in the add where
