This company does not return calls, I literally had to call to verify everything the appointment but yet they didn't show up. They call 15 minutes prior tO appointment to cancel. I don't recommend this company it was a headache to deal with.

Horrible customer service, very little information about the work being done. Never called to schedule a service time, just showed up to my residence and performed work without any notice or anyone being home, after I repeatedly called to schedule a time. Asked to speak with a manager about these issues, I was told one would be in touch with me and I have still not been contacted by anyone who works there. Was told credit card was an acceptable form of payment in the contract, but when I went to pay with a credit card there was a fee pay with a credit card that was never mentioned before. Get roofing

These guys are great! We had roofers from another company come out and not finish the job correctly. When Roof Doctor employee, Andrew Buss, came out he immediately identified the problem and fixed it free of charge! Honest and experienced company- would not use anyone else!

I had such a positive experience with Roof Doctors this morning. Andrew Buss was extremely informative and helpful. I had to run an errand to Ace Hardware while he was there and he came and found me to ask me a question. His service was top notch, and I would recommend his services to anyone and everyone!
