I called for repair work on an aging hot water heater and the next day the company president came out during his lunch hour to get me up and running. I rank the service top notch. Weve had our A/C unit leaking for about a year and a half and have had to put a bucket underneath. Our landlords called to get it serviced and we were told by the company that we needed a new drain pan and it was being custom made and that was back in march of this year. The pan has yet to come in and our landlords were billed for a service fee when nothing has yet been fixed. Then the company came out three weeks ago to drain it and we had let them know it leaks on the carpet and rather than listen, they drained it and it spilled all over them and our carpet and stained it. They did not fix
