Everyday, he pulls apart rotting roofs and walls, examines the sources of water damage and invents practical solutions. I couldn't find anything at the supply stores, so I made it.

WickRight Roof VRS allows the interstitial space beneath the plywood roof deck to exhaust condensation, and redirects moisture from the masonry wall to the exterior, away from the roof system. This passive ventilation significantly extends the life of roofing and structural components and allows wet truss ends embedded in masonry pockets to dry.

All the training and help you need to diagnose and solve your client's water intrusion issues. If your client caught the issue early, the solutions may include ventilation, roofing repairs and masonry maintenance. If the damage is more extensive - the scope may also include a complete roof tear off, parapet rebuild or reinforcement and/or replacement of trusses.
