This was my first time visiting this office due to moving and looking around for a local dentist office. Upon entrance, the front lady desk wasnt the nicest but nothing specifically rude. Then even though we had confirmed our insurances were covered, upon arrival they mention they have been trying to get a hold of me for the past couple days which I never received any calls or messages from. Then once I provide them my insurance cards, they take 15 minutes to look into it to just come to me and let me know that i do no not have coverage and I would need to pay out of pocket over $100 for the
