A: Our standard lease term is one year. However, if a resident is in the military, WMG will always accommodate a military transfer or change of orders which results in the need to terminate the Lease Agreement early. Proper documentation is required in accordance with Florida Statutes. Under certain circumstances, with written owner approval, WMG may agree to a lease term shorter than one year.

I called the office to confirm a rental was still available. The representative for the property assured me it was. I spent hours filling out the application. I called the office to verify my application was received. I called 3 times and sent 8 emails with no response. I was contacted 9 days later stating they signed a lease with someone else and they didn’t bother to process mine, so I’ll get refunded.

What do you do when you need a place to rent? You call Wilson Management Group. I have been renting from them for over a year and a half and I can say I am very pleased with the experience I have had. For starters, the house I live in feels like a home. The timeliness of work orders I submit for minor repairs is quicker than an otter on ice skates. Finally, David and Stacy Wilson (my landlords) are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. So, if you are looking for a place to live (rent) I highly recommend the team at Wilson Management Group!

I have been with Wilson management For over 20 years. Lionel Hebert is the best manager I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a few over the years. We’ve been “partners” for about 8 years. He’s always there when you need him, returns phone/ text(s) in a very timely manner, always helpful, (I no longer live in the Orlando area) and is always polite. I couldn’t ask for a better person. Anything the tenant needs repaired Lionel is right on it. Great job Lionel I couldn’t do it without you!

The Wilson management company is one of the best property management companies in the Orlando area, They have been managing our property for almost 12 years. They have a very efficient system of managing poperies and it's ideal for people like myself that are deployed or travelling often. The Wilson Management company takes care of all renter paperwork and contracts. They take care of HOA issues immediately. They inspect the property and inform owners of any issues and repairs. This includes common landscaping matters as well. the owners receive monthly and yearly financial reports of all monies

I applied for a property that was managed by Chris Gold, at first he seemed responsive up until we finished our applications. Our application was finished Wednesday 8/4 and he said we were waiting on owner approval of our dog. By Monday 8/9 I emailed asking if there were any updates and he responded that someone else had already been approved for the property, but we could use our applications for another property.
