Care for People To us, veterinary medicine is about more than caring for animals. It's about caring for the people who love them, too. Here, we take the time to get to know you. To understand you. To make sure questions don't go unanswered and needs don't go unmet. To work together, as a partner, to help you and your pet live the longest, happiest life together possible.

Because great medicine is about more than diagnostics and treatment. It's about making a difference in your life. Care for Pets In everything we do, we believe in setting a higher standard of care for dogs and cats. In everything we do, we believe in caring for pets like we would our own. Here, your pet will receive an uncommonly high level of medicine.

My childhood ambition was always to work with animals and I had a zoo of pets growing up in Alabama. I would like to thank you for taking the time to learn more about Bluffton Veterinary Hospital and our staff. I was born and raised in Columbus, GA and went to school just 30 miles away at Auburn University.

Wellness & Prevention
Report
As the old saying goes, "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." At Bluffton Veterinary Hospital we customize each pet's wellness recommendations to maximize their chance at a long, happy, healthy life. This is a combination of components that includes comprehensive physical exams, preventative care/diagnostics, and disease/pain management.
Diagnostics & Non Surgical Therapy
Report
Digital radiographs (x-rays), ultrasound, and the ability to perform blood/urine/fecal testing provide us a quick insight into organ systems and help guide our treatment plans. We're also proud to be the only veterinary facility in the area to offer Radioactive Iodine Therapy, which is a single injection that is often curative for feline hyperthyroidism.
