My heart pump died on a very cold night. Called Central Florida Heating and Air 7 AM. Man was here within an hour. Had a totally new unit installed by early afternoon the same day. They did the work quickly and cleaned up both inside and outside areas before leaving. Very satisfied.

DISHONEST/RIPOFF
Tom, the owner, said he did not do "Warranty Work". Charged me for the part on my air conditioner and then filed a Warranty Claim with ICP. He was very shocked when I called him to let him know that I spoke with the warranty company and they said he filed a claim for a refund. I explained to him that he owes me $150.00 for the part that I paid for. He said no way that he paid for the part not me. I called several other companies and they gave me an estimate of $150.00 to $350.00 for labor. I paid a total of $550.00 for an hours work. If I didn't pay for the part
