Our Conditioning & Flexibility classes, led by professional and certified aerialists, will help keep balance and harmony in your body, complimenting and enhancing your regular classes and helping you reach those goals faster, without injury or imbalance. We are currently offering flexibility and conditioning online through our On-Demand Services to minimize the need to visit the studio in person.

Popularized by Cirque du Soleil, the aerial arts are rapidly gaining momentum as a fun and unique fitness program that can be enjoyed in many different varieties and levels of intensity. Aerial arts used to be very limited, only being taught in "circus schools".

Whatever your style, we have a variety of classes in a variety of styles. All our Level 1 classes start with basic beginner foundations, and from there, you can branch out to sporty, dance, flirty, exotic or flow classes. NOTE: The GRADUATION MOVE listed is to help gauge the proper class level of those with previous pole dance experience.

Bring a friend and share the class. Semi private pricing options can only be used if you already have a friend In mind. Use our online scheduler to request a time, apparatus and instructor that fits your internet and schedule. With our new smaller class sizes, Altitude has an opportunity to provide a more personalized experience and a specialized workout experience for every member.
Kids/Teens
Report
Our kids program is an enrollment, and not available on a class by class basis. You cannot enroll online at this time due to the complexity of the software and its limitations. You must contact kidscircus@altitudefitnessfrisco.com to secure a trial class and to enroll. Walk ins are not allowed. Email is preferred.
