Im not the person to leave any kind of negative reviews. I was extremely unimpressed with Chris and her poor customer service. I was waiting outside to get my dog seen at 3:30 and at 3:50 I thought it was my turn when Chris came outside so I asked if she was for me and the response was No we are running a little behind. Which is understandable then my response was Ok no problem she just told me 3:45 To which she responded Welp you didnt show up at 3:45 so. I understand having a long day and being stressed I have long days at work and get stressed all the time but when someone

Pleased with the treatment as always just had to wait outside and our dog is extremely anxious but worked out great and dog is out of pain which is the important thing.

Brought cat in at 6:30 was told they were too busy to see at this time. my cat died later that night. obviously does not care for animals. time clock was more important.
