We used Boschs to remove a 30 year old wooden stairs to our front door and retaining wall and to build or should I say create an entry and retaining wall . We knew it was going to be a challenging operation. Russ was very good at communicating what was going to happen and Luis and Oscar were not only very professional but a joy to have on site. We enjoyed watching them, they worked hard and the end result was beyond our expectations. They arrived when they said they would, and we couldnt be happier with the results. We cant wait till spring to begin planting around it. We dont

I called Bosch about a back yard makeover ( I have mulltiple oaks, with gravelly sand and nothing grows ). A guy came out, spent about a 1/2 hour talking to me, taking measurements and left saying he'd get back to me with some ideas. I never heard from them again.

We called & requested a bid & an appointment to discuss our landscaping needs. We were told that a sales representative would reach out to us. It has been a week, yet still no call from them. If they cant return a call, we certainly wouldnt have confidence in their team to do an acceptable job for us. If you cant even return a phone call, this likely reflects other concerns within your business.
