He was very Thorough, let us know all that need to be addressed, the little things I can fix,the big things I know I need to have done by a professional, plus I know what is on the top of the list to have done first that the most important to fix now! I would recommend using them if you are buying a home and want it looked at by a professional inspector!

Billy was disrespectful with my House. He nit picked everything possible with incorrect Issues. Telling me to replace Items that were already new. Didn't put things back the way they were supposed to be. Left things on and open. I'm am not in the Metro area so he needs to not be quoting all that either. Need to research your counties and codes before you put that in a Report. The House isn't brand new so all these minor cosmetic issues and comments was uncalled for and unnecessary in the Report. Address the major issues should be your priority but to nit pick to make up your 3 hours and to make

I highly recommend using Greg and his company for your home inspection! He did an unbelievable job and was extremely thorough as he went throughout the home. Everything he looked at he explained and was informative and knowledgable about solutions and money saving tips when it came to things that needed to be fixed. At the end of the inspection, I complimented him on his thorough work and he said if it wasn't done that way he wouldn't be able to sleep at night. He also said he inspects homes as if his daughter was going to live there and you can definitely tell. The quality of his work was unmatched

Greg was outstanding! Our realtor referred him, and Greg was so thorough in his work and in explaining to us everything that he saw. There was a roof/gutter issue in the house we were considering buying, the sellers had disclosed that there had been leaks in the past but that it was fixed, and Greg found a still-existing problem and called a roofer to come give a second opinion before finishing his inspection. We had that second opinion less than 24 hours later and were able to make an informed decision. Many thanks Greg!

So after almost 6 years I wanted him to do another inspection to understand the current condition of my home. Greg Jones performed a home inspection in our home October 8th; we are the sellers. He was careless and disrespectful of our home and our things. The stove was pulled out and left noticeable scratches on our wood flooring that were not there before, there was fiber glass insulation from the attic all over our bedroom floor, bedding, and tracked throughout the house (our little dog was eating pieces of it)(maybe he needs to carry a handheld vacuum for this or lay plastic down), the attic access panel now has black markings on it that need cleaned or painted, our oven was LEFT ON 444 all day long
