3ur prices start at $350 for a single family home inspection up to 3,500 square feet, $325 for a townhome and $300 for a condo. Radon testing price is $120 for a short-term radon test conducted at the same time as a home inspection. All home inspections include a written report with color photographs of our findings and the book "Now that you've had a Home Inspection" to help guide you through home maintenance and upkeep.
