Backus Boarding

Dr. Backus is available for phone consultations and in-person visits by appointment only. Kanab currently is open by appointment only, no walk ins! Hours vary due to daily changes caused by volatile current events. Salt Lake City visits are 2-5 times a year. St George visits are some Saturdays of each month with some variability due to ever changing circumstances.

Michele earned her associate degree in veterinary technology in May of 2018 and graduated summa cum laude. She became a licensed technician in 2019. She is now double-licensed in Nevada and Utah. She also has over a decade of hands-on experience as a veterinary technician, working with multiple species.
