Richard Sun is a distinguished and highly respected dentist, that has been serving the dental needs of the DC metro area for over 20 years now. He received his BS in Biology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and continued his studies toward a dental doctorate from the University of Illinois at Chicago Dental School.

Implants replace both the teeth and their missing roots whereas a denture only replaces the tooth. An implant looks like a screw and is made of titanium which is biocompatible and not rejected by the body.
