Living here is peaceful and enjoyable! The gym and pool are always clean, and so are the community bathrooms. Maintenance generally comes the same day even if it isnt an emergency!

I've been in this residence for a year now and I have decided not to extend the initial contract. The design of the club house is very nice and the gym area is great.
Unfortunately, the insonorisation between the appartement are far away to be premium.. You can hear every single steps of your neighbors above you. For what it suppose to be a premium residence : 3/10. That's what I feel of it unfortunately.

Nice place, but horrible service. The front desk ladies (blond hair) are so rude. She was mouthing off stuff behind another customers back. Was completely caught off guard. Go elsewhere
