Used Pelle twice to install separate ductless mini units. Both times Robert was my consult. Came to the house and had good recommendations and seemed to know what would work best. Even remembered who I was over the phone before coming out the second time, and this was over a year later. The install team was prompt and on time for both jobs and they were friendly and didn't mind my general questions and curiosity ( I do general handyman work so it's nice to learn from trade professionals)

These guys a very professional and do great work! Steve and his team gave us an estimate that was reasonable and they were excellent about answering our questions. When they installed the new A/C they were prompt, very clean and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Pelle Heating & Air.
