Services
Maintenance Services
Report
Although we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins, appointments for state inspections are advised as wait times can be lengthy otherwise. Most inspections take 45 minutes to an hour. Additionally, we can often "work in" a drop off if timed appointments are all booked. Please call to discuss all options with our service writer.
Tires & Alignments
Report
Tires are a very important safety item on your car, but new tires represent a significant vehicle investment. Forest Auto can help you plan ahead by offering free to-the-penny phone estimates, including mount, balance & hardware fees, all taxes, & disposal costs. We order economy through premium lines with next day delivery from our supplier.
Computer Diagnostics
Report
Did you know that most cars today have between five and fifteen different computers networked throughout the vehicle? Today's auto repair shop must be able to access and interpret this computer data in order to accurately diagnose a vehicle's problems. Otherwise, you may wind up wasting money to fix symptoms without repairing the actual cause of the problem.
Automotive Software Updates
Report
We perform software updates on today's multi-plexed automotive computer systems, and we provide computer replacement with controller initialization on most makes & models. Most manufacturers periodically offer software update bundles to correct or improve many aspects of your vehicle's operating systems.
Steering & Suspension
Report
Steering and Suspension: This system takes more wear and tear than even your brakes and merits just as much attention for safety. Unlike brakes, when you are driving, your steering is constantly used, and because it supports the weight of your car on the wheels, your suspension system is always at work, even when your car is not being driven.
