Excellent, knowledge of what to look for and where. Use of tools and kept track of each one for easy use. Excellent advisement of conditions of furnace, humidifier and hot water heater. Will continue with GRAPIDS HEATING and will recommend them to everyone as they do extra improvements and professional level installing and checkup maintenance.

Jim did a great job, coming out first thing in the morning the same day we called to fix our furnace the Monday after Christmas! He presented us with various options to improve our air quality based on our needs, and got us the best deal he could for our new filter system. He was gracious and kind, making sure he communicated everything clearly and teaching me how to replace filters, etc. Highly recommend Grapids!
