Terrie works together with her clients to enhance the quality of their lives. The goals are to alleviate pain, enhance relaxation, prevent injury, and allow you to live with optimum health and vitality. Terrie strives to create a caring and safe atmosphere for her clients which aids in these goals.
Terrie began her massage therapy career in Boulder Colorado where she graduated in 1998 from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy with over 1,100 hours of training. Her focus while at BCMT was in Orthopedic and Sports Massage. Terrie's approach to bodywork is to first and foremost listen to her clients.

Each massage treatment plan is customized to meet your specific health and wellness needs. Terrie may draw from Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and range of motion techniques during your massage session. She charges the same price for relaxation massage and therapeutic massage as she brings all of her education, knowledge and expertise to each session.
