Shad Lawton Company grew up in the construction industry, working as a framer before formal training in NH, VT, and ME. After building resort properties in Lake Tahoe, he returned to Lawton Company as Superintendent in 1999 and purchased the company in 2014. He brings expertise in quality control and project relationship management.
Bradford Weekes
Project Manager
Bradford Weekes joined Lawton Company in 2016 as apprentice Project Manager. He holds a BA in Business Management and construction management certifications. After industry experience in Pittsburgh, he returned in 2023, specializing in contract administration, estimating, and subcontract management for commercial and residential projects.

Office Manager
Sherry Hartford joined Lawton Company in 2023 with 25+ years in ski and outdoor industry roles. Holding a Sport & Recreation Management degree from New England College, she transitioned from event planning and marketing to manage office operations while contributing design insights for client projects.
